Return Policy It's simple! If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Return Information Need to return an item? Call us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Send your package back to us by following the instruction included with your order. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning defective merchandise (which must include all original packaging and boxes) or merchandise we sent in error. All returns should be properly packaged to avoid damage and include all original packaging , boxes, and paperwork to receive a refund, replacement or credit.
